Raspberry. Plum. Redcurrant. Spice. Fresh. Mediterranean Flowers. This rosé comes from an excellent cooperative based in the village of Servian just to the north of Beziers in the Languedoc-Roussillon and is a shining example of the great value-for-money wines from the Languedoc. 'Terre du Sud' means 'soil of the south'. This is a fruity and ripe number. A perfect summer guzzler or if you want to make your summer last all year round this is the wine for you. An inviting salmon-pink in colour with an elegant nose, we love this authentic style of rosé. You could just imagine being tucked in a street side brasserie, basking in the sun and letting this wine flow all afternoon. We dream of those French holiday days...
