It's 7.3% of intensely tart fruited silliness. It's got, if I remember correctly, 120kg of Raspberry puree, 80kg of Rhubarb puree, and then a number of sterile buckets of local Rhubarb Juice (cheers, Dorset Sunshine Cider!). Then we fermented on a quite mild yeast so it's not as dry as our Zuur range. It's very sour, it's also very thick. Enjoy!
